Five minutes with God
Why moms need a short prayer journal
Most moms do not have an hour of quiet. Some days you get five minutes in the car line or before the baby wakes up. A prayer journal for moms is built for that. It gives your scattered thoughts a place to land and turns worry about your kids into prayer for them.
- It fits real life. Five boxes, a few words each.
- It keeps your family's needs in one place. No more forgetting what you promised to pray.
- It reminds you that you are cared for too. There is a box just for what you are carrying.
- It shows God's faithfulness. On hard days, read your answered prayers.
He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.Isaiah 40:11 KJV

Questions people ask
How do busy moms find time to pray?
Attach prayer to something you already do: your first coffee, the car line, nap time or after bedtime. Keep it short, about five minutes, and keep your journal where you will see it. Short, honest prayers most days are better than waiting for a quiet hour that rarely comes.
What should a mom write in a prayer journal?
Write one verse, a few things you are thankful for, what you are carrying, a prayer for each child, a prayer for your husband or home, and one thing you need help with today. Add answered prayers with dates when they come.
What are good Bible verses for moms?
Isaiah 40:11, Matthew 11:28-30, Psalm 46:1, Lamentations 3:22-23, Proverbs 31:25-26, Philippians 4:6-7 and Isaiah 41:10 are favorites. Write one at the top of your page and pray it for the day.
